Privacy, in plain words.

Short version: we collect what we need to send you the emails, nothing more. You can leave in one click and ask us to delete everything.

Who is responsible

The controller of your data is 512 Promotions LLC, Lorem ipsum 1, Lorem, 00000, United States. "Nicholas Pedding" is a pen name used by 512 Promotions LLC. When this notice says "we," it means 512 Promotions LLC.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Your first name, if you choose to give it.
• The IP address and time of your signup.
• Whether you open the emails and which links you click in them.

Why

• Your email address, to send you the course you asked for.
• Your first name, to greet you by it.
• IP address and signup time, as a record that you asked to join, and to keep out fake signups.
• Opens and clicks, to see whether the emails arrive and get read, and to stop sending to addresses that never open.

We don't sell your data or give it to anyone to market to you. We use an email delivery service to send the emails; it handles your data on our behalf and only for that.

The daily link

Each email includes one link to a page that changes daily. It may be an affiliate link, which means 512 Promotions LLC may be paid if you buy after clicking. Those pages are run by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply there.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It has no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a do-not-send list, so you aren't added back by mistake. If you'd like that removed too, ask and we'll delete it.

How to unsubscribe

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list.

How to ask for deletion or a copy

Email nicholas@nicholasspedding.com from the address you signed up with and say what you'd like: a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We'll do it and tell you when it's done.
